Meeting Rooms

Our policy regarding meeting rooms is simple, we work with you to keep the cost as low as possible. Our network of Partner Hotels can accommodate meetings from 5 to 1,000 people. Per Diem Lodging proudly offers:

• Free Meeting Space – based on the number of sleeping rooms booked
• Free Audio Visual Equipment – subject to equipment available at the hotel
• Free Coffee and Pastries – this is again based on the number of sleeping rooms booked

Meeting rooms are subject to availability and we may or may not be able to satisfy all of your audio visual requirements. Most of our partner hotels do not stock a large inventory of audio visual equipment and depend upon outside vendors to provide any specialty equipment needed. We do not, however, up-charge for any equipment required.
